NONU does not leave the customer with an unexplained download link. After payment is confirmed, the buyer receives access to a private Discord area containing the product, the plan-specific guide, current notices, and support.
Check compatibility and the plan first
The supported environment is Windows 10 / Windows 11 with Intel or AMD CPUs. Compare Lite, Plus, and Max before checkout, then confirm the license period and product name on the order screen. Do not assume that a function shown for Max is included with Lite or Plus.
What happens after payment
- Complete the order on the official product page.
- Keep the order information and confirmation message.
- Follow the invitation to the buyer-only Discord.
- Open the channel for the purchased plan.
- Read the latest status notice before downloading or launching anything.
If the product or invitation does not appear, use the contact route shown with the order and include the information needed to identify the purchase. Never post a license or private order detail publicly.
Use the current plan-specific guide
Preparation and activation steps can change as the game and software are updated. Follow the latest Discord guide in order rather than an old screenshot or third-party repost. Verify the product status, supported environment, download, activation, and recommended first settings.
The software UI and setup guidance are available in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. Select your preferred language and ask before proceeding if a step does not match your screen.
Support continues after setup
The buyer area provides update notices and product-specific assistance. Lite includes basic support, Plus standard support, and Max individual priority support. Describe the stage where the issue occurs, the message shown, and your environment without sharing sensitive credentials.
Never force an outdated version to run. Check the current status and wait for official guidance. Third-party software may also violate platform terms and can result in account restrictions.
